- Oversee daily operations of club operations ensuring smooth and efficient functioning - Manage and lead a team of employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling - Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability - Monitor and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with the staff to create a positive work environment - Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates - Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to meet budgetary guidelines - Execute marketing strategies - Set up tournaments and special events - Responsible for inventory and inventory control Skills:
